We bought the wooden dog steps for our 25 kg dog to help him get on and off the bed more easily, without needing to jump. I asked James whether they would be open to couriering the product to Cape Town, and he was more than happy to help. Their communication was excellent throughout. They responded quickly to emails and enquiries, kept us updated on the order, sent through the invoice, and let us know when it was being sent off. We were also able to choose a few variations, including varnished or unvarnished, and whether we wanted the two-step or three-step option. Both looked great, but we ended up choosing the two-step version as it suited our space better. The steps were delivered to our door by courier and were packaged very carefully. The product looks fantastic, fits in really well with our space, and feels extremely solid. We specifically wanted something sturdy rather than foam or softer materials, as our dog does not enjoy walking on soft surfaces. These steps are strong, stable, and easily support the weight of a large adolescent dog. The build quality is excellent, the finish is clean and professional, and we are very happy with the result. ​I highly recommend Pallet Wood Creations. They made a custom set of steps for my Miniature Pinscher, and the craftsmanship is excellent. The stairs are sturdy, stable, and high-quality. The measurements were exact to my request, and my dog uses them with zero hesitation. ​Fantastic work, would definitely buy from this craftsman again. From the onset of speaking to Susan till order was placed and delivered everything fell into place. She was spontaneous and organized everything from A to Z.
